Adolescent Therapy
Whether you're a teenager yourself or someone who cares about one, it’s clear that this stage of life, while exciting, can also be incredibly challenging. Adolescence is a period filled with change, and with that change often comes uncertainty.
During these years, teens go through major physical and mental development. On top of those internal shifts, they also face external pressures from their environment and social circles. A big part of being a teenager involves figuring out who they are outside of their family. As friendships become more central, family dynamics often shift. Teens are also navigating the pressure to fit in with peers, along with expectations from school and society.
The Mind Space Psychotherapy provides psychotherapy for teens ages 12-18.

Adult Therapy
Making room in your life to face and explore difficult experiences can feel like a lot to take on. But the fact that you're here, looking into therapy, means you've already taken a meaningful first step. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is the next step — one that allows us to create a supportive, respectful space where you can safely explore whatever you're going through.
Although many people may come to therapy with similar concerns, the approach we take is always tailored to you.

Family Therapy
Families can be complex, and the ways they function are often shaped by patterns that develop over time—like how family members communicate, handle stress or conflict, take on roles within the family, and turn to each other for support. These patterns don’t exist in a vacuum. They’re also shaped by life changes—such as having children, going through separation or divorce, entering new relationships, or forming blended families—as well as by external stressors like health issues, financial strain, migration, discrimination, and other social challenges.
In family therapy, the goal is to understand and support the unique needs and perspectives of each family member. We look at how relationships function within the family system and how those dynamics affect each person’s well-being, as well as the health of the family as a whole.

Parenting Therapy Services
Parenting can be deeply rewarding — and also incredibly challenging. At The Mind Space Psychotherapy, we provide a supportive space for parents and caregivers to explore the emotional, relational, and developmental aspects of raising children. Whether you're navigating early childhood, adolescence, co-parenting, or blended family dynamics, therapy can help you feel more confident, connected, and grounded in your parenting journey.
Our approach is collaborative and non-judgmental. We work with you to better understand your child’s needs, your parenting values, and the unique dynamics within your family. Together, we explore strategies for managing stress, setting boundaries, improving communication, and supporting your child’s emotional well-being — while also caring for your own.
