Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Workshops
Engaging, age-appropriate Social Emotional Learning (SEL) workshops are offered for elementary school students throughout the Durham Region. These interactive sessions help students develop important skills such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, positive communication, and healthy relationships.
Workshops can be tailored to the age group and needs of each school, creating a supportive and inclusive environment where students can learn, connect, and grow.
